DO THE ROOM RATES INCLUDE THE ACCOMMODATION TAX FOR TOURISTS?

No, any price is NOT inclusive of the TOURIST TAX of € 3.00 per person per night for those over the age of 12, which you can also pay at check-out.

CAN I LEAVE MY CASES ON THE DAY OF CHECK-OUT?

Of course! At check-out you can leave your luggage for free all day, then come and pick them up when you leave.

WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?

CHECK-IN from 14:00 to 20:00

CHECK-OUT by 11:00 in the morning

IF THE RECEPTION IS CLOSED, HOW CAN I ACCESS THE HOME?

Upon arrival you will receive an email / sms with a simple entry code to type into the pin-pad located on the sides of the door. Using this code you can access your room at any time.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO ARRIVE BEFORE THE CHECK-IN PERIOD?

Nobody will be turned away! Everyone is always welcome!!! If you arrive before 14:00(our check-in is from 14:00-20:00) your room may already be ready, but if not we will give you the keys and you can wait in our common room, and we will gladly serve you a nice coffee, or you can choose to leave us your luggage and go for a ride downtown and come back later calmly. In this case you will find your suitcases already in the room on your return!

CAN I STAY BEYOND THE CHECK-OUT TIME?

Yes, a “late check-out” is possible with an extra €10 up to 14:00, or €20 up to 16:00.
